CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please review the following policies: 1. Late Arrival Policy: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee. This helps accommodate scheduling adjustments and respects the time of other clients. 2. No-Show & Deposit Policy: After your first no-show, a non-refundable $25 deposit will be required to book any future appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your scheduled service. 3. Appointment Cancellation Policy: Appointments will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes if you have not arrived or communicated. In this case, the appointment will be considered a no-show.
